All of our specials are made in small batches so get them while you can! There are only the two of us here, so the food may take a bit of time, but we promise it will be worth the wait. We serve made-to-order, made-from-scratch meals from our small kitchen with changing specials and seasonal ingredients. When the space became available they jumped at the chance to open a little dinner place to try to provide something they'd been craving in town. Living right in the center of town, Sam and Audrey had long wished there was a good takeout spot nearby, even better if it served up a good drink to go along with it. Opened in the summer of 2018, the bistro was established to provide delicious, from-scratch, nothin' fancy, just delicious food and excellent beer to Canaan and the surrounding towns.
